CHIROPRACTOR
Louisa Marples
My journey with chiropractic started as a patient. Pregnancies had caused pelvic girdle pain, and within a couple of years I had fallen from a ladder dislocating my elbow and been in a rear end car shunt. I looked drained, I felt old beyond my years and wasn't able to sleep because of neck pain. It was time to take action, I booked in with a chiropractor. The clinic I attended slowly unwound me, the frequent headaches I had experienced since my teens stopped, the pain my neck diminished and best of all I slept soundly. Beyond the physical treatment I was given advice and information which led me to evaluate myself and ultimately make some changes. In short the care I received turned my life around, I was hooked, I wanted magic hands!
I took the plunge and enrolled at the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, graduating 5 years later with a Combined Masters degree. Along the way I developed an interest in helping people deal emotionally with what bothered them, which led me to gain a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.

YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Francesca Carlson
I qualified as a yoga instructor after a successful 10 year circus career touring all over the world as an aerialist, hand balancer & contortionist.
Whilst living in Dubai, I ran a gym that had a therapy centre attached. It was during this time, that my knowledge of holistic treatments, remedies and training grew substantially. I began working closely with Chiropractors, Massage Therapists and Physiotherapists to help people recover from surgery, injury or chronic health conditions with movement and a positive stress free mindset.
I have personally battled injuries and multiple chronic health conditions, so have an extremely clear and deeply personal understanding of the difficulties faced as well as the stress it can place on, not just on the body, but the mind.
