People infected with the Coronavirus are thought to be contagious during its incubation period which averages 5-14 days, even if they are symptom free. Because of this it is safest to apply infection control measures as if everyone is infected, in order to minimise any possible spread.

Appointments have been spaced to allow for deep cleaning between patients, to allow the clinic room to be aired and to allow patients to adhere to social distancing guidelines with other patients. It reduces clinic footfall and the number of people in the clinic at any one time.

When you arrive for your appointment please wait to be collected from your car. You will be asked some screening questions and have your temperature taken. If you are exhibiting any symptoms of illness, sorry but we will have to reschedule your appointment. If you or anyone you are in contact with have symptoms of a temperature, fever, loss of taste or smell, or a new persistant cough please reschedule your appointment. You can call the clinic or manage your own appointment online through our booking service.

I will be wearing PPE as per current healthcare guidelines, this is for the safety of us both.

Please leave any unnecessary possessions in your vehicle as well as partners or friends, they are not able to sit in the waiting room or attend your appointment.

You will be asked to wash/ sanitise your hands upon entering the clinic and asked to wear a mask. If you do not have your own we can supply.

Once in the clinic please do not touch any surfaces unnecessarily and only sit on the treatment couch.

Please sanitise/wash your hands again at the end of treatment.

We are encouraging all patients to consider non contact forms of paying for appointments.
