Chiropractor, Clinical Hypnotherapist
My journey into chiropractic started as a patient. Pregnancy had caused pelvic dysfunction, and within a couple of years I had fallen dislocating my elbow and had been in a rear-end car shunt. I looked drained, felt old beyond my years and wasn't able to sleep well because of the pain in my neck. It was time to take action.
I booked myself in with a chiropractor who slowly unwound me. The frequent headaches I had experienced since my teens stopped, the pain in my neck diminished and best of all I slept soundly. Beyond the physical treatment, I was given advice and information and was asked questions about my life which led me to evaluate myself and ultimately make some changes. In short, the care I received turned my life around; I was hooked – I wanted magic hands!
I graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with a combined masters degree in chiropractic. During my five years of study I also developed an interest in helping people deal emotionally with what bothered them, which led me to gain a diploma in clinical hypnotherapy.
